Royal tensions hit an all-time high, (though not as high as Queen Elizabeth III’s passing) as Prince William and Prince Harry‘s wives, Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle, add fuel to the blazing inferno. Even before Megxit, a term that the British press use to make reference to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s decision to quit the royal family, the two duchesses had their fair share of disagreements.
In a video from a Christmas church service in 2018 that is making rounds across media platforms, we see Prince William doing his best to avoid eye contact and conversation with Meghan. Suggesting that something was amiss, perhaps a longstanding issue between them.
Speculations about the drama involving Princess Charlotte’s bridesmaid dress still linger. With conflicting stories about who was left in tears. TikTok users had a field day with the video, sharing their hilarious and pointed comments about the awkward display. The royals might be masters of decorum, but even they can’t mask their true feelings on social media.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle took the bold step to ditch their royal duties and venture into the unpredictable world of media frenzy. But now it seems the consequences of their decision have come back to strike.
Meghan Markle finds herself entangled in a legal battle with her own sister over defamation claims, adding more strain to her already complicated life. Meanwhile, Prince Harry willingly gave up his royal perks but is now second-guessing his decision, feeling a bit of “buyer’s remorse.”
Bottom Line
The constant public backlash from their media tour and the failure of their business ventures have worn them down. The ongoing public disputes with their family have not only left the couple utterly exhausted but isolated them further. As there are more rumors and speculations that the duo have sold their mansion in Montecito.
Now, they are considering a trial separation in hopes of salvaging their relationship, which has been turbulent due to never-ending family drama. Their lives have been a rollercoaster of ups and downs, and hopefully, some much-needed downtime might help them to gain perspective on the marriage and repair their bond.
When it comes to heart-pounding action and jaw-dropping stunts, nobody does it better than Tom Cruise. But you see movies where the stakes are so high you’re left wondering why the lead character is walking a tightrope with no safety net? That’s where he finds purpose. The Mission: Impossible 7 movie officially known as Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One is a brilliant masterpiece. Over twenty years ago we were blessed with a character named Ethan Hunt, and countless crazy scenes, stunts, plots, I-see-what-you-did-theres, and billions of dollars in profits, we can comfortably say that this is one of the best movies ever shot.
The seventh installment in the Mission: Impossible franchise hit the screens on July 12, 2023. We’re writing you this review complete with a few spoilers two days after it premiered in cinemas worldwide, but who’s counting?. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to read this review and then go watch Ethan Hunt save the world as usual.
Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One Cast
In the first part of Mission: Impossible 7, the main cast includes Tom Cruise, who will once again portray the character of Ethan Hunt. Alongside Cruise, we also see the return of Ving Rhames as Luther Stickell, Henry Czerny as Eugene Kittridge, and the witty Simon Pegg as Benji Dunn. Rebecca Ferguson starred as Ilsa Faust, Vanessa Kirby as Alanna Mitsopolis, and Frederick Schmidt as Zola Mitsopolis. All of these actors reprised their previous roles from the other movies. Although there are new supporting casts like Hayley Atwell who was cast as a character named Grace.
The Plot
In 1996, when Tom Cruise accepted the script for his role as Ethan Hunt, little did he know that he was going to breathe new life into a special character and perhaps set the premise for one of the greatest action movies of all time.
In the Mission: Impossible movies Cruise portrays this gritty and resourceful member of a fictional spy organization known as the Impossible Missions Force (IMF). Throughout the series till now, Cruise effortlessly embodied the daring and brilliant character of Hunt, which we believe is a remarkable achievement considering the lengthy duration of his portrayal.
Mission: Impossible 7 unfolds with an opening reminiscent of the 1990 American submarine spy thriller film “The Hunt for Red October.” We follow an artificially intelligent villain called the Entity, which is housed on a Russian submarine. This AI poses a grave threat to the world, as well as an opportunity for high-level people who seek to covet it.
Then enter Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise), who knows more than enough about the stakes involved in bringing such technology to heel. He is assigned the mission to locate an old colleague named Ilsa (Rebecca Ferguson). Ethan Hunt and his team attempt to obtain the key to access the Entity’s source and shut it down from Ilsa. However, this pursuit of a potentially priceless yet extremely dangerous object involves a skilled thief named Grace (Atwell) and a villainous character (Esai Morales) who has connections with Ethan’s recruitment into the IMF.
Christopher McQuarrie successfully crafts Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One as an enjoyable film from beginning to end. The stunt performance behind the awe-inspiring action scenes deserves special awards this year.
Mission: Impossible 7 Spoilers
The movie contains several scenes and dialogue that shaped the storyline and set the premise for the sequel. If there’s no cliffhanger, is that even a Tom Cruise movie?. One of the major revelations is the connection between Ethan’s past and the main antagonist Gabriel, who has ties to Ethan’s pre-IMF life. Gabriel killed someone named Maria, whom Ethan cared for. Leading to Ethan seeking revenge and eventually joining the Impossible Mission Force.
Another shocking twist is the death of Ilsa Faust, a major character in the franchise. Gabriel kills Ilsa as a means of serving the Entity, leaving Ethan devastated and seeking retribution. Hayley Atwell’s character, Grace, becomes the host for the key to the Entity and experiences remorse over Ilsa’s death. She ultimately decides to join the IMF, setting up her role in the sequel. The film also reveals that the US government was responsible for the creation of the Entity. The Director of National Intelligence played a role in placing the early version of the Entity on the submarine. But as we expected, it grew out of control and turned against its creators.
Ethan successfully retrieves the key to access the Entity’s source. And of course(deep eye roll), it is revealed that the Entity wanted him to find its location. This leads to a betrayal by Gabriel’s associate, Paris, who discloses the location of the Entity aboard the submerged submarine. Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One is filled with twists and character connections. Along with major plot developments that lay the groundwork for the highly anticipated sequel, Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part Two. We just hope the cliffhanger in the subsequent installments will not be a sucker punch like the one that hit us in the face from John Wick 4.

Jussie Smollett made his first public appearance at a Los Angeles club Saturday night, just days after the Empire actor was the victim in an attack that is being investigated as a possible hate crime.
“I had to be here tonight, y’all. I couldn’t let those motherfuckers win,” Smollett told the crowd at West Hollywood’s Troubadour. “So I will always stand for love. I will never stand for anything other than that.
Regardless of what anyone else says, I will only stand for love.”
Smollett continued, “I’m okay… I’m not fully healed yet but I’m going to, and I’m going to stand strong with y’all.”
He also added “Be as black, be as brown, be as gay as the fuck you want to be. Now is the time: Be blacker, be gayer, do it right the fuck now.”
Chicago suntimes reports, Smollett had made his first public comments about the incident on Friday in a written statement that said he had been “consistent on every level” with the police during their investigation, countering comments on social media saying he had changed his story and been uncooperative with investigators.
“I am working with authorities and have been 100% factual and consistent on every level,” the statement said.
Chicago police also said Smollett has been cooperative and they have found no reason to think he’s not being genuine.
The finale season of Game of Thrones will be “groundbreaking”, said Kit Harington, who plays the iconic character Jon Snow.
The season 8 of “Game of Thrones” will start airing on April 14. HBO confirmed via a teaser trailer, which also showed characters Jon Snow, Arya Stark and Sansa Stark in the crypt at Winterfell.
Independent news reports that, Kit Harington has teased how Game of Thrones will end, calling it “groundbreaking”.
While the rest of the world waits on tenterhooks to discover whether the Starks can face off the Night King, Harington may have let slip the ending to someone very close to him: Rose Leslie, his wife and former Game of Thrones co-star.
“I told my wife last year how it ended, and she wouldn’t talk to me for about three days,” the actor told Kiss FM. “And she’d asked!”
Leslie played the character Ygritte, the love interest of Harington’s character Jon Snow, for three seasons. The duo took their on-screen romance off-screen and married last July.
Discussing the ending, Harington said: “I can’t really answer whether I’m happy or not. I don’t think it’s about happy or sad, really.
I’m satisfied with what they did, but I don’t know whether I’ll be really satisfied until I see it.
“It’s quite nice walking around, which will only happen for a few months before everyone’s seen it, knowing. I know and no one else does, I know how it wraps up. I think it’s gonna be groundbreaking.”
Game of Thrones’s final season, season 8 is going to be the most anticipated season in all of television series. Fans of the show are understandably very hungry for the new series.
As per the recently released teaser trailer, it looks like Game of Thrones season 8 episode 1 is probably going to show the long-awaited reunion between Jon Snow (Kit Harington) and Arya Stark (Maisie Williams).
The major source of
excitement for fans will be seeing Jon and Arya reunited. The
two haven’t seen each other since the second episode of season one, when Jon
gifted Arya her precious sword, Needle. In the tease, as the three Stark kids
stand in front of their own crypt statues, a frost creeps down the hallway. The
signal of the White Walkers causes Jon and Arya to draw their blades,
anticipating the coming fight.
Their meeting is going
to be emotional as they both share a very strong bond among all the remaining
Stark children.
Millions of fans will be sitting in front of their streaming devices when the HBO’s epic fantasy drama returns this April for one last time and it would be emotional to see how Jon will react after seeing his sister after so many years.
This season eight is going to be the last season of Game of Thrones and it is going to be a lot interesting than the previous seasons.
The clock is ticking, every seconds seems like an hour as we impatiently wait for the beginning-of-the-end of our favorite–at least most of us–TV show Game of Thrones, to return to our TV screens. April 2019 sure feels like a decade from now.
However, while we wait, GoT actress, Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark) has spilled the beans about the ending of HBO’s Game of Thrones to a few close friends but only because they asked for it.
Sophie revealed in an interview with W Magazine that she couldn’t resist dropping a few discreet bombshells when quizzed by her loved ones.
Fully admitting that she is entirely useless at keeping secret, “I’m so bad at keeping secrets,” Sophie admitted. “I don’t think people tell me things anymore because they know that I can’t keep them. I’ve already told the ending of Game of Thrones to a few people.”
She clarified that she was actually sober when she shared the conclusion with her friends, Turner said: “I was like, ‘hey, if you want to know, I’ll tell you.’ But it’s people that I know not random people. It’s people that I know will keep the secret.”
Could this be the revelation of Sansa and Arya’s deaths in Game of Thrones Season 8?
Maybe, if we ask nicely we can get on the good side of Sophie and have her tell us the ‘secret’, in the meantime, here is a trailer to reflect on.
In the short clip above, Jon Snow (played by Kit Harington) reflects on his true heritage.
The hero of The North will soon discover his real parents after believing he was a bastard all of his life.
Jon takes a trip through the Winterfell crypts while voices from season one echo through.
He remembers Ned Stark’s (Sean Bean) words about how he is a Stark through blood, and wonders what that means.
It seems he’s coming close to an answer when the footage flips to Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner) and Arya Stark (Maisie Williams).
However, it seems there’s a big clue as to the end of Game of Thrones.
The trio stand in front of some statues of themselves and the camera lingers on them.
Game of Thrones season 8 teaser trailer: Arya Stark’s statue is similar to her now (Image: HBO)
It quickly transpires they are representative of each characters.
Arya and Sansa’s statues are their likeness today but it is the contrast with Jon’s that seems to shed light on what’s coming.
His is decidedly older and is sporting a big beard.
Does this flip to the future suggest there’s going to be one survivor in the Stark clan?
Furthermore, there’s no sign of Bran Stark (Isaac Hempstead Wright) in the teasing clip.

Game of Thrones season 8 will return to HBO and Sky Atlantic on April 14. Seasons 1-7 are currently streaming on NOW TV.
