Deadpool 3 Movie
Deadpool 3 is one of Marvel’s upcoming movies scheduled for release on July 26, 2024, but it is generating a buzz and we all know why that is. The quick-witted and sarcastic Ryan Reynolds returns to produce and star in the third installment of the Deadpool franchise. This is the first official connection between Deadpool and the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
Captain America: Brave New World
This is the fourth movie in the Captain America movie series. Directed by Julius Onah and co-written by Malcolm Spellman and Dalan Musson, the film stars Anthony Mackie as the hero in his first solo venture within the MCU.
X-Men ’97
A revival of the original X-Men: The Animated Series from the 1990s is picking up where the original storyline left off. We’ll see the return of many original voice actors, including Cal Dodd as Wolverine, Lenore Zann as Rogue, George Buza as Beast, and more. Jennifer Hale, Ray Chase, and others will join the cast.
Agatha: Darkhold Diaries
Fall 2024 on Disney+, fans will get to watch a spin-off series centered around Kathryn Hahn’s character, Agatha Harkness, from the popular WandaVision series. Jac Schaefer, a key figure in WandaVision’s production, will take on the roles of executive producer and head writer for this new venture.
Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man
Formerly Spider-Man: Freshman Year, is an upcoming animated TV series set to premiere on Disney+ in 2024. The show centers around Peter Parker’s journey to becoming Spider-Man. The series will cast Hudson Thames as Peter Parker(Spider-Man). Zeno Robinson as Harry Osborn. Eugene Byrd as Lonnie Lincoln. Grace Song as Nico Minoru. Hugh Dancy as Otto Octavius(Doctor Octopus). Kari Wahlgren as May Parker.
Fantastic Four
Directed by Jon Watts, the film is part of Phase 5 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and is intended to begin the final stage of The Multiverse Saga, leading to Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret Wars. The Fantastic Four, initially set for November 8, 2024, will now launch on May 2, 2025.
Blade
Set for release on November 7, 2025, brings Mahershala Ali back to take on the role of the popular vampire hunter movie Blade. Nearly 20 years after the first installment was released, a new film is in motion to bring the legendary character of Blade back to the MCU .
Avengers: The Kang Dynasty
Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, initially intended for May 1, 2026, faces uncertainties following Marvel’s decision to part ways with Jonathan Majors. The film was originally planned as the next Avengers installment, preceding Avengers: Secret Wars and concluding The Multiverse Saga and Phase 6 of the MCU.
Thunderbolts
Directed by Jake Schreier, the movie will feature Julia Louis-Dreyfus’s Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, David Harbour’s Red Guardian, Hannah John-Kamen’s Ghost, Wyatt Russell’s US Agent, Olga Kurylenko’s Taskmaster, Florence Pugh’s Black Widow/Yelena Belova, and Sebastian Stan’s Bucky/Winter Soldier. Thunderbolts, scheduled for July 25, 2025, will mark the end of Phase 5 of the MCU.
Echo
One of the upcoming Marvel superhero series featuring Alaqua Cox in the lead role of Maya Lopez(Echo). Portrayed as the adoptive daughter of Kingpin, Echo has deep ties to Daredevil. This deaf Native American character was crafted by David Mack and Joe Quesada, making her debut in the 1999 Daredevil Vol. 2 episode 9. Like Taskmaster, Echo can mimic her opponents’ fighting styles and eventually joined the New Avengers as the inaugural Ronin. Echo’s story will be released in a full season drop premiere on Hulu.
Marvel Zombies
Following its introduction in Marvel’s What If?, Marvel Zombies will be an animated series reimagining the Marvel Universe as new heroes battle against a spreading zombie scourge. The show, directed by executive producer Bryan Andrews, will feature both undead and living characters, including Captain America, Scarlet Witch, Hawkeye, Ghost, Abomination, Captain Marvel, Okoye, Yelena, Kate Bishop, Red Guardian, Jimmy Woo, Death Dealer, Shang-Chi, and Ms. Marvel/Kamala Khan.
Avengers: Secret Wars
Come May 7, 2027, we will witness the conclusion to both Phase 6 of the MCU and the entire Multiverse Saga. The Avengers: Secret Wars features the Avengers, Fantastic Four, and X-Men teaming up to combat an unprecedented threat.
Ironheart and Daredevil: Born Again
The Ironheart and Daredevil: Born Again are two upcoming projects with no confirmed release dates. Ironheart will star Dominique Thorne as Riri Williams/Ironheart, a brilliant inventor with the most advanced suit of armor since Iron Man. Daredevil: Born Again, set for Disney+, will continue the story of Charlie Cox’s Daredevil in the Marvel Studios universe.
