John Corbett

John Corbett played Aidan Shaw, one of Carrie’s long-term boyfriends. He’s a sweet-tempered furniture designer who ends up proposing to Carrie during Season 4, but she eventually breaks his heart.

John Corbett reprised his role as Aidan in the second “Sex and the City” movie and has acted in films like “The Boy Next Door,” “My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2” and “My Dead Boyfriend.”

He’s also appeared on TV series including “Parenthood,” “Sex&Drugs&Rock&Roll” and “Mata Hari.” From 2016 to 2017, John portrayed Trayne Crosstown on the TV series “Still the King.” He also recently acted in 2017’s “All Saints.” To top it off, John is country musician too! His second country album, “Leaving Nothin’ Behind,” was released in 2013. John has been in a relationship with actress Bo Derek since 2002.
